Complete Application Includes:

• Application form complete by December 26th, 2025 at 11:59pm

• 2-3 minute video introduction uploaded in application form or shared via email (Video must not exceed 3 minutes)

• 2 Letters of Recommendation (please email all letters of recommendation to Program Manager, Rich Hunter at Rich@wonderfolk.org):

  • 1 Letter from Professional Adult

  • 1 from Parent/Guardian

2-3 minute video Introduction questions:

• State your name, grade, and school/program where you learned about Wonderfolk

• Share a random fact about yourself.  

• What makes you a good fit for our program? 

• Show your personality! Be creative! 

• Must not exceed 3 minutes

Letters of recommendation requirements: 

• Letter from professional adult (Mentor, Teacher, Coach, Etc.)

• Includes Letterhead

• Contact information of person writing the letter

• Signature of person writing the letter

• Emailed by person writing recommendation

• Letter must be in PDF format

• Please speak on:

• How has this student demonstrated leadership skills at school, home, and/or in the community?

• How do you feel like this student could benefit from our program?

• How does this student work in group/team settings?

• What makes this student stand out to you?

Parents/guardian letter requirements:

• Why do parents/guardians feel like their student is ready for a program like this?

• How parent/guardian feels like their child demonstrates leadership skills at school, home, and in the community

• How could a program like ours support with financial needs you face at home?

• It is ok to submit in native language 

• Please provide contact info 

• Signature of person writing the letter
